Open positions: Territory Sales Managers for Ontario region and Quebec region.

JOB SUMMARY:

Based in Ontario, or Quebec, The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for Canada Powertrain within their assigned territory. They will strive to drive results within the territory. With understanding of sales process, the Territory Sales Manager for the specified area has influence on delivering the budget for their assigned territory. In addition, this position is responsible for the growth of the territory through support of business development.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible to manage our customers within a specific territory. Also responsible for forecasting and achieving territory sales goals and objectives through the following:

· Develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen and to understand the customer; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.

· Recommends and coordinates marketing and product training to the customer with the assistance of the Sales Manager, Product & Marketing Manager & Vendors.

· Recommends Open House assistance and coordinates with CCC management & Vendors.

· Reports information from the territory to the Sales manager, including competition activity, pricing, potential new customers, etc.

· Supports the implementation of approved corporate policies, practices, and procedures.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills

· Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Strong inter-personal skills and proven abilities to be a team player to work in cross-functional teams across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

· French language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.

 

EDUCATION:

Business-related field or equivalent experience.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Five years of experience in operations or sales

Heavy duty industry experience, preferred.
